What Reputations Are and Aren't Affected by the Impressive Influence Buff

The Impressive Influence reputation buff is live in WoW, running from April 20th through May 18th--but not all factions are affected by it. While the blog post clarifies it works on Legion and BFA factions, this only applies to factions with paragon rewards--so factions like Conjurer Margoss and Honeyback Hive are unaffected.
