Patch 8.3 Hotfixes for March 2nd - Ny'alotha Tuning, Coalescing Visions Limit Removed

Blizzard has posted hotfixes for March 2nd which includes the removal of the Coalescing Vision limit, changes to the Mythic Ra-den and N'Zoth encounters to remove some of the incentives of immunities, a change to Prophet Skitra which removes some of his split phases and more!
