Malefic Cores Can Be Obtained the Week the Legendary Cloak Reaches Rank 15

We previously reported that you needed to upgrade your Legendary Cloak to Rank 15 last week in order to receive a Malefic Core this week. However, players who reach rank 15 of the Legendary Cloak are able to also receive a Malefic Core that same week.
