Stackable Buffs Bug with Rallying Cry of the Dragonslayer Hotfixed

Yesterday, a report was made on the Classic WoW forums talking about certain Attack Power or Critical Strike not being able to be used in conjunction with Rallying Cry of the Dragonslayer. The hotfix has been added on Classic servers, and buffs should once again stack with Onyxia's head!

Following up on this, we’ve issued a hotfix to resolve this and buff stacking should be back to normal.
