Nazjatar and Mechagon Essence Requirements Nerfs in Patch 8.3 Visions of N'zoth

We found out at BlizzCon 2019 that Essences would not become account-wide in Patch 8.3. However, we now have more details on the requirements nerfs for the Nazjatar and Mechagon Essences, which includes Memory of Lucid Dreams. This also includes a BoA Nazjatar reputation token that can be bought for Manapearls.
