Essences Will Not Be Account Wide in Patch 8.3 - Possible Requirement Changes Instead

We've learned from Ion Hazzikostas, at BlizzCon 2019, that the Heart of Azeroth Essences will not become account-wide in Patch 8.3, Visions of N'zoth. However, they are thinking of changing the requirements for some Essences to help any character, including mains, get them faster.

When asked, Ion Hazzikostas mentioned that Essences will not be account wide in Patch 8.3.
