This is in-store ONLY, unless you get a nice person over the phone. Halo 5: Guardians Spartan Locke Controller still comes with a $15 BB GC in store (Also online, but must manually add a $15 GC). It's an automatic prompt, so this should work for all if not most pending on the employee you get. You can also stack a PM from B&H Photo since it is a listed PM site from Best Buy. It is $59.99 at B&H Photo (Master Chief edition is also $59.99, but does not come with a GC at Best Buy).
