Code: Realize (Vita) $30.37 + FS, Dealtime 360... except website broken

Code: Realize visual novel for PS Vita, just came out, regular retail price $39.99 but on sale at Dealtime360.com for $30.37 with free shipping.

 

I wanted to get others' thoughts on this site.  I originally found it through Google Shopping.  Been trying to order the game, but after entering my address and choosing a shipping method, the "continue" button does not work.  Tried emailing them, no response yet.  Tried calling and I get a response that the Google Subscriber (?) is not available.  Web search indicates possible scamaliciousness, except... if you can't even successfully give them your payment details, what's the scam?

 

So basically I'm 99.99% convinced it's not an actual deal, but... Is anybody else able to get to the second page of the checkout process?  Really want this game at this price.
