No Torghast Leveling in 9.1 - Strong Possibility as a .5 Patch Addition

During his interview with Sloot, Lead Game Designer Morgan Day answered a question regarding allowing players to level up alts in Torghast, a common request from players who enjoy the activity. While not planned for patch 9.1, the lead designer really enjoys the idea and would like to see it make its way into a .5 patch, which often includes iteration on existing systems.
