How to Obtain the TBC Collector's Edition Pet in Burning Crusade Classic

Blizzard has explained how players with the TBC Collector's Edition Netherwhelp's Collar can access the pet in Burning Crusade Classic. This method is only for players that have previously redeemed the Collector's Edition.
