Shadowlands Beta Class and Spell Changes November 13th - Frost/Fire Mage Nerfs, Shadow Priest Nerfs

It's time to summarize the daily class and spell change hotfixes that were made to the Shadowlands Beta! Today, we have some hotfixes for Mages which nerfs both Frost and Fire Mage, a nerf to some Shadow Priest Conduits, a reworked Retribution Paladin Legendary and a change to Disc Priest's Spirit Shell.

Note #1: Not listed below is the Spirit Shell change as it's not a tooltip change.
