We're taking another look at the state of Arms Warriors in Shadowlands. Since our last article looking at Arms performance and development over the course of the Shadowlands Beta, the specialization remains beset by a handful of design flaws, although a few recent improvements have offered a measure of respite, even if the underlying issues remain.
