WoW Classic Hotfixes for August 4th - C'Thun Eye Beam Incorrectly Delayed, Scepter Shards are Epic Quality

The latest Classic hotfixes have changed the Scepter Shard quest items to epic quality, to make loot distribution easier in raids. Blizzard later added another hotfix, noting that C'Thun's Eye Beam was incorrectly delayed.

As NA players waited to unlock Ahn'Qiraj earlier today, they watched Chinese guilds progressing through the raid and noticed that C'Thun's Eye Beam had a delay which made the encounter significantly easier than expected.
