What to do Before Shadowlands - Horrific Visions, Mad World, Faceless One Title

Today we are highlighting another topic from our What to do Before Shadowlands guide: Obtaining Horrific Visions Rewards including the Mad World achievement and title.

Horrific Visions, added in Patch 8.3, has many different rewards that can be unlocked, including a plethora of collectibles like transmogs, pets, and mounts. However, the main piece of content that we recommend you to focus on is the Mad World achievement, which will be unobtainable with the Shadowlands Pre-Patch.
