Storming Added to Shadowlands Affix Rotation - Skittish & Teeming Possibly Removed?

Changes to the Affix Rotation appear to be coming in Shadowlands, with the recently datamined Storming affix being added to the rotation and we speculate that Skittish and Teeming have been removed and replaced by Inspiring and Spiteful.
