Shadowlands Great Vault - How Item Level of Mythic+ Rewards in Weekly Chest is Determined

Since the Great Vault UI and Objectives were found on the Shadowlands Beta with the datamined strings, many players have speculated how the Item Levels will be awarded for the Mythic+ objectives. We've now found additional details directly from the Great Vault UI which indicates how the Mythic+ Item Level will be determined.
