Rextroy on Stacking Death Knights in RBGs for 1000% Longer Cooldowns on Enemy Players

Rextroy has turned his attention to a new PvP issue: stacking Death Knights to benefit from Necrotic Aura and Heartstop Aura, which stack in unexpected ways. This leads enemies to take massively more magic damage and have their abilities take an extremely long time to get off cooldown.

As a result of Heartstop Aura stacking per Death Knight, Rextroy's cooldowns recovered 10 times longer than normal, leading Divine Shield to take an hour to refresh.
