Ineffable Truth Cooldown Reduction Bug No Longer Being Changed

Blizzard has announced that the upcoming Ineffable Truth cooldown reduction bug that would have affected Fist of Justice and classes like Holy Priest will no longer be changed due to a review of the various interactions at play.

We previously covered what classes would have been affected by this nerf.

It's likely that while the change was targeted at Fist of Justice, this would affect many more classes and specs than intended.
