Bad Luck Protection Getting Added for Rank 4 Essences from Paragon Caches

Blizzard has announced that the drop rate of Rank 4 Essences will increase as you open more Paragon caches in an upcoming change. This change will also be retroactive to any Paragon caches that you've opened in the past!
