Hotfix Incoming for Stackable Buff Bug with Rallying Cry of the Dragonslayer

Blizzard has acknowledged bugs related to Rallying Cry of the Dragonslayer; when the buff is active, you cannot use certain items for attack power or critical strike bonuses. A hotfix is coming very soon to address the issue.
