February 26th Hotfixes - Stormwall Blockade, Jaina, and PvP Tuning

Blizzard has updated their hotfix blog with the most recent changes to the game. Changes include tuning and QoL changes to Stormwall Blockade, Lady Jaina Proudmoore, and previously announced PvP tuning changes.
