[ROOT] How to deactivate a device in Remix OS

Many of us get a little disgusted with the extreme palm sensitivity of the touch pad when we are using Remix OS for PC with a mouse. You can disable the touch pad or other devices by following these steps:
NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE ROOT if you wish to modify the file /system/etc/excluded-input-devices.xml
