So i was checking our truck shipment and all pre orders here were fulfilled and we have some pip boy editions coming in. I checked our DCs and they have a couple hundred for both systems. They ARE OMS orderable for shipping! YMMV possibily, head to your local store with SKU in hand and ask the store pick up employee to try to OMS order it for you.
