Customers registered with Safeway's "just4u" rewards program should see the (above) digital coupon appear in their available "special offers". Like it says, limited to 1 coupon per house, 1 coupon redemption per account, and purchase made in 1 transaction.
I can't verify, but it's probably also available for Vons & other members of the Safeway sub-corporation BEFORE they merged with Albertson's ... and sadly, this coupon doesn't appear on Albertson's site either.
