Similar to the Evil Within deal, Target online has The Crew at $29.99 as it's online price. Target Cartwheel app also has a 25% off coupon for The Crew (PS4 only). Most stores (mine does) will pricematch this. After the price match have them scan your cartwheel barcode and it should take the price down to $22.50 pre any tax in your area, $21 with extra Red Card discount.
For those who's stores may give them trouble about doing both price match and cartwheel: it helps if you have other items you are purchasing at the same time.
