Was at the Manchester CT store today and saw both games with shelf taga listed at $24.99. Not sure if all locations are pricing this way, I know this same location had liquidated all the Skylanders Giants and Swap Force stuff to 75% off awhile back....man did I grab a lot of those lol.
May be worth checking your local stores for prices, I'll update with the other locations near me if I see them there as well.
